A. The car parks open from 13:00pm on Friday & 09:00am Saturday and Sunday.
Q: What time do the car parks close?
A. The car parks close at 00:30, prompt on Friday, and 23:15 Saturday and Sunday.
Q: Can I leave my car there overnight?
A. No overnight parking, all cars will need to leave the car parks by 00:30 on Friday &, 23:15 on Saturday & Sunday, any vehicles still in the car parks will be relocated.
Q: Is there a designated walking route to the event site from the car parks?
A. Yes, when you leave each car park you will see the colour coded directional walking route signage that will direct you to the event site and back at the end of the event.
Q: How do I get to my car park?
A. Once you have purchased your ticket, you will be sent your parking ticket as an attachment in your confirmation e-mail along with a map showing you the route into your car park with the postcode and what3words to the exact location. There will also be colour coded signage for each car park from the main routes into the area.
Q: What do I do if I have booked one vehicle and am now coming in a different one?
A. Please log into your booking with the details in your original e-mail and update your vehicle registration. This can be done anytime before you arrive at the car park.
Q: Do I need to print my ticket?
A. No, there’s no need to print your ticket. You can show it on your phone instead. All vehicle registration plates are scanned on entry using ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition). It’s a good idea to keep your ticket handy on your phone as a backup.
Q: What is the cancellation policy?
A. If the event is cancelled before the due date, the cost of ticket purchase (but not fees) will be refunded directly to the credit card or debit card used for the original purchase. In the event of a postponement, purchased tickets will be valid for the new date unless you are notified to the contrary. Purchasers have the option to seek a refund for the value of purchased tickets for a postponed event by contacting Park-Live! within 7 days of being notified of the replacement date for the event. If a refund is authorised in the event of postponement it will be issued only to the original credit card or debit card used for the original purchase. We will not refund any booking administration charge or credit card surcharge.
Q: Can I sleep in my car in the car park?
A. No, anyone found sleeping in their vehicle in any of the event car parks will be moved on.
Q: I have changed my mind, can I cancel my parking?
A. Tickets can be refunded up until 48 hours before the event, however only the ticket cost will be refunded to the original payment method and not the booking fee of the ticket.
Q: Can I book travel tickets for somebody else?
A. Yes as long as the registration is correct for the parking, the other details can be different.
Q: Can I pay in instalments?
A.Unfortunately, our payment platform does not support ‘pay later’ methods.
Q: Do I need to book in advance?
A. We expect all travel methods to be extremely busy so recommend pre-booking to ensure you get a place. Car parking will need to be booked in advance. Currently there are no on the day sales and the car parks are expected to sell out.
Q: Can I transfer my travel ticket to somebody else?
A. Yes, they are not assigned to someone's name, however if you wish to give your car parking to someone else, ensure you have changed the name and VRN registered on the ticket via the confirmation email and purchase account..
Q: How far is the walk from the car park to the event site?
A. All car parks are located in various locations, please use the map provided when you purchase parking to calculate walking travel time.
Q: Will there be traffic management or road closures?
A. Yes, there will be traffic management measures in place around the event, please follow all event signage and listen to all instructions given by traffic and safety stewards.
Q: What time should I arrive at the car park?
A. We recommend arriving as early as possible within the opening hours to allow enough time to park and walk or take the shuttle to the event site. Please note all travel methods are expected to be busy so take this into consideration.
Q: What happens if I arrive before the car park opens?
A. Vehicles arriving before the advertised opening times will not be permitted to enter and may be asked to move on until the car parks open.
Q: Are campervans or large vehicles allowed in the car parks?
A. Standard vehicles only unless otherwise stated. Oversized vehicles may be refused entry if they exceed the standard space size.

A. Facilities are primarily located at the event site. Limited facilities may be available depending on the car park location.
